Horse Training

At Hyim Stud we offer starting, training, educating and re-educating services for all equines, including floating problems, catching problems and riding vices. We can also help in making the transition between running wild and domestication for Brumbies fresh out of the park.

All work is carried out using horsemanship techniques developed through 40+ years experience with horses and interaction with various other trainers.

Starting costs $600 plus feed and agistment for the duration of your horse’s stay at Hyim Stud.

Training and Educating services cost $40 per hour and, if necessary, can be done at your place, depending on your needs and facilities (roundyard etc). Arrangements can be made for training and educating on site at Hyim Stud.
